Guest Waiver

I, the undersigned Guest (or Parent/Legal Guardian of the minor guest listed below), acknowledge that visiting Wenonah Swim Club (the "Club") and participating in swimming, water activities, sunbathing, pool deck games, and related recreational activities involves inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to:

Drowning, near-drowning, or water-induced injuries.

Slips, trips, and falls on wet pool decks, walkways, diving platforms, or stairs.

Injuries from sun exposure, heat exhaustion, or weather conditions.

Physical exertion, muscle strain, or contact with aquatic equipment or other patrons.

Exposure to communicable diseases or viruses.

I knowingly, freely, and voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with my presence at the Club and participation in its facilities and activities, even if arising from the negligence of the Releasees (defined below).

In consideration for being permitted guest entry to the Club and use of its facilities, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Wenonah Swim Club, its directors, officers, trustees, employees, staff, lifeguards, agents, and volunteers (collectively, the "Releasees") from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, losses, or damages for personal injury, illness, disability, death, or property damage/loss caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted under New Jersey law.

I agree to abide by all posted pool rules, regulations, safety signage, and verbal directives given by lifeguards and staff. I understand that failure to follow rules or lifeguard instructions may result in immediate revocation of guest privileges and removal from the premises without a refund.
